Pros

Some workers within the tech team are hard workers.

Cons

- Mismanaged - No work life balance. - No career development given - Benefits are lackluster. - Pay is average and bonuses are split across the entire company so your performance plays no part! - Projects are rushed with little coding standards - Business is innovative but tech is far behind - Buzz words everywhere, you're a replaceable product - Tech leaders inspire you to want to leave instead of wanting to push forward - All tech is managed through one person, even if you wanted to innovate one person holds you back. - After the mergers the company went from downhill to a freefall of enjoyment.
