Great product ideas hindered by severe mismanagement

Pros

Great product concepts that fall short due to mismanagement.

Cons

Very poor mismanagement from the C-Suite down. "Cargo-cult" mentality where the C-Suite simply believes by mimicking the Big-7, they can produce the same results without making any attempt to function as a cohesive team. Constant employee churn at all levels. No workplace culture outside of fear of being terminated at any time and without reason.

Pros

Exceptional Leadership: Management is fantastic to work with. They are highly communicative, genuinely care about employee well-being, and lead by example. Rapid Career Advancement: The company truly walks the talk when it comes to internal promotions. In my 5 years here, I have received 2 promotions, which is a testament to how they reward hard work. Top-Tier Training: They provide all the necessary training and resources you need to succeed on every level. You are never left to figure things out on your own. Supportive Culture: Advancement and continuous learning are highly encouraged. The environment empowers you to take on new challenges and expand your skill set.

Cons

None! I genuinely have nothing negative to say about my experience over the last five years.
