      Pros

      Free snacks, nice office, the time off they give you is nice.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity across the board. If you look at the leadership section on their website, you'll see what I am talking about.. Little to no training with unrealistic explanations. If you are someone looking for an inclusive environment with a diverse group of people to work with, look elsewhere.

      Overall A Great Firm!

      Pros

      Huge opportunities for growth and working on a variety of clients. There are opportunities for exposure to a huge variety of industries and types of audits. Overall, the firm has pretty good benefits. I feel very appreciated and listened to. The potential for you to become a leader in the firm is great, you just have to make it known.

      Cons

      Some managers can have unrealistic expectations and provide insufficient guidance to meet those expectations; however, this has not been the norm in my experience.
