Pros

Advancement if you are willing to put in the work. Will work out much better if you become friends with those in charge. Autonomy. Flexibility.

Cons

Management and partners don't really put much effort into mentoring you unless you are friends. Leaves you feeling undervalued.

Great company if you enjoy traditional workplaces.

Pros

Financial support for professional development is generous. There are some really good people that work here. Benefits are nice if you are single or your family is on another plan.

Cons

It's great if you like traditional workplaces. But if you're looking for innovation, transparency, or modern culture, this place is tough. In under a month, 3 people from the HR team resigned. That says a lot. Communication from leadership is also lackluster.
