Pros

Great culture of collaboration and stewardship. I enjoy the people i work with and the resources provided by the firm. Personally, I have grown as an individual and made great relationships while furthering my career.

Cons

From time to time I feel like we do not have enough people resulting in high stress levels outside of busy season. At least from my personal experience.
