Great firm for development and stepping up to the next role. Has some very strong and technical people at all levels. Upward movement is available.

Cons

Divided office, for which I would say is due to a lack of proper leadership skills from the top in this regard.

WP allows its employees to take on as much responsibility as they are comfortable handling. This allows personal and professional growth and the ability to gain experience and client interaction from the staff levels and on up.

Cons

The same as all public accounting firms - there are certain times of the year where we are extremely busy and have to make work/life balance a priority.
