Pros

Many chances to get to know fellow auditors within the company and around the city. Partners easily accessible for questions and/or guidance. Senior Auditors seem to want to see you do well (most).

Cons

Work/life balance can be a bit straining at times depending on where you are reporting to week by week. Some times reviews can be a bit slow and all come in at once, which can be overwhelming and can limit your time to improve.

Pros

Great Company culture, relatively flexible work schedule as long as you complete your tasks. If you're going to stay in public accounting, this is a great firm to do it at.

Cons

There's no maternity leave and some of the managers are difficult to work with in certain industry segments.
