Flexible schedule, opportunity for advancement, amazing coworkers, and extra training is always encouraged. Retirement incentive is awesome, and benefits are good.

Cons

Dealing with people that take advantage of generous coworkers.

Good benefits for the area, very good to employees with families, fun people to work with.

Cons

Pay is less than what one would make in a larger city. Progress can move quite slowly as this is a fiscally conservative institution (not necessarily a bad thing!).
