Offers comprehensive RA training, leadership is open and encouraging feedback, excellent community within Residence Life,

Cons

Expects a lot from RAs, not just in terms of time commitment but also emotional toll. You must be emotionally available enough to be in a Residence Life position because they have high expectations. You live at your job all the time.
