Pros

The people are great, the food is awesome, and leadership cares.

Cons

They don't offer Kaiser as a Medical health benefit. Yet, their medical plan UHC is premium free for team members when you accrue 800 hours.

Pros

you are given many opportunities. Not just the chance to advance, but have a say in how the daily operations are run. It is up to you, as to how much involvement you want to have.

Cons

a lot of travel for Specialists and up. It is sometimes an unnecessary expense. it does not support the Green Mission, nor is it fiscally responsible. We should look in to web meetings, or just a good, old fashioned phone call.
