Pros

There is no job that will reward you more for the efforts that you put in. Your successes are celebrated, you’re valued, you’re trained. Phenomenal place to work.

Cons

If you want to coast through life this isn’t the place for you. This is a place to make great money working hard and genuinely helping homeowners be put in a better position in life.

Pros

Working at WhyGen has been an absolute game changer for my career. The leadership team truly puts the sales reps first, providing top tier and meaningful training from day one. The culture is incredibly collaborative, high-energy, and supportive. Everyone genuinely wants to see you win. If you are a motivated self starter who wants to make a real impact in clean energy while controlling your own success, this is absolutely the place to be!

Cons

The team here has an incredibly high-performance mindset, which means the bar is set pretty high. WhyGen is full of A-players who out work the competition.

Pros

WhyGen Solar is a mission-driven organization in a fast-growing solar market, so the work feels meaningful and directly tied to helping families reduce costs and adopt renewable energy. The culture emphasizes mindset, resilience, and personal development, creating an environment where ambitious, coachable people can grow their income and skill set quickly. Leadership is supportive and willing to invest in training, tools, and autonomy, while still holding you accountable to results. The team dynamic is family-oriented and collaborative, with colleagues who genuinely want you to win and share best practices across markets. Overall, it’s a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can build systems, refine processes, and have direct control over your earning potential.

Cons

Running your own schedule sounds flexible, but it can be easy to procrastinate or let standards slip if you are not naturally disciplined and structured.
