Pros

Excellent support from upper management. They really strive to emphasize company values. Employee development is strongly encouraged, providing opportunities for cross-training and upward advancement. Safety is a high priority

Cons

There we're no downsides for me. Unfortunately hindsight is 20/20 and I would have done many things differently and maybe I'd still be there. Wilbur-Ellis was without a doubt the best company I've ever work for.
