Pros

We got doctor appointment added to our sick leave and you could take a half a day instead of a full day if you want.

Cons

There's was allot of pros but when willbur-ellis came in it took about 3 years to have everything taken away other than the good health insurance. Starting with bonuses, then incentives, birthdays. There's a computer system for clocking in, its all setup to take overtime away, once u go 1 minute into overtime a tex msg goes to supervisor.

"VERY" Old School, Controlling

Pros

Mostly autonomous divisions. Long history of success in chosen markets. Rewards conformity.

Cons

Secretive culture almost to the point of paranoia. Necessitates very controlling management styles/practices. Stifles creativity & independent thinking.
