      Pros

      40 years experience in ag business, working as a PCA for Wilbur Ellis for the last 23 years . Also have experience in farm management, and have work with most every crop grown in the San Joaquin Valley, I also maintain a CCA license

      Cons

      Wilbur Ellis is a great company but I’m getting to old to be covering the acres that I have taken care of for the last 20 years
