      Incredible benefits, very good century old company with a great story. First non family leader came on board few years ago. He seemed like he was really trying to run this huge business more like a business as it should be. Many decades of experience with many employees across the country. Normal internal challenges of a global company.

      Cons

      Male dominated. Few went beyond just being rude and should have been reported.
