      Great staff. The managers are all very respectful to all the employees. The company is all about team work. No one feels left out.

      Wish it was not seasonal. Would have loved to work full-time.

      Pros

      Good solid company with strong ethics and tradition. Training is there to make you a strong contributor. Solid company vehicle plan. Leadership is strong.

      Cons

      Career guidance is like the wild west or looking for the northwest passage (people swear it was there) A few more managers than leaders. No one has any idea what an advancement can pay. Very hush when it comes to salaries and seems to be arbitrary .
