      Great coworkers, fun job, family atmosphere- at first

      Cons

      It was a good old boys club. Upper management in the midwest would make bad decision after bad decision and get promotion after promotion. It wasn't how well you did your job, it was who sucked up the most. Could never explain how bonus amount was calculated.

      Varying work atmospheres. It's either everyone cares up through management or management doesn't care about the employees at all and is 1000% production based
