      Pros

      Wilbur-Ellis is a great place to work! Many employees have been with the company for over 25+ years, that says a lot! Wilbur-Ellis is family owned for over 97 years. Rich history in many agricultural communities throughout the United States. Terrific culture and many opportunities for an employee if you want to grow and learn. I am proud to work for a company that believes and values in their employees and wants to keep them engaged!

      Cons

      Anything I would have thought was a con prior has been addressed since I have joined the organization.

      Solid Company that lacks vision

      Pros

      Pay is good. Benefits are Good. There are a lot of helpful friendly people in all parts of the company.

      Cons

      Limited ability to move your career in Management. Sales Management is poor and does not value people that are not making sales. Operations managers leave at a high rate. Continuous improvement is encouraged but does not get followed up on.
