Pros
Discount, some really cool people to work with, fair pay for job
Cons
It’s retail, not a lot of support in terms of making customers respect employees, it’s very political (especially when it involves moving up in the company), and the HR department is awful - don’t trust or count on them to do anything - especially anything that involves basic communication or health insurance (side note: don’t just assume they will roll over your insurance, you could end up paying your own insurance for a year. Double check!!!)
