Pros

Good experience. Company gives you uniform which looks dorky but saves money. Store discount can be good but can also be what you would pay at lowes.

Cons

Rigid company culture. Very much a good old boys club. Hire from within greater circle of farm families (best way to keep business). Lax environmental regard.

Pros

Fun place to work great customers and employees. Manager works with your schedule and they strive to make emplyees happy. Stick with them and move up in the company.

Cons

Open Monday thru Sunday is really the only thing that was hard to deal with.
