Great company culture. Leaders really care about their teams and are trying to do well for the company any individual growth.
Cons
Company still onboarding people with industry experience to guide the company through startup of commercial production facilities and operations management.
All our goals are so intellectually challenging that they push you to your limit. It never gets boring. The company is growing fast and clearly getting more hierarchical. With that said, crewmates on the R&D teams are never going to be shy about challenging/debating/inspiring each other, regardless of seniority. Decisions have to be made based on actual, dependable data. And we respect real results/progress. Lots of opportunities to make discoveries and learning new things independently or collaboratively. Most importantly, we have super talented colleagues who are all mission driven and truly hold this place together.
Cons
Did I mention tough goals? How tough? When you and your team gave your best and made real significant progress, then hear the business side say 'X team didn't hit their goal(s)', that kind of tough. My team are used to this now. But it is not for everyone. On the other hand, if you can handle this kind of toughness and want to push yourself, come join us.
