Pros

Great benefits, friendly colleagues. People are always willing to help solve a problem even if it doesn't fall under their responsibilities. Great benefits. Hosts great events and takes great care to be inclusive.

Cons

Very large company so you have to work hard at making lasting connections. Need to be extroverted otherwise you will get lost in the shuffle.

Five stars! Thanks so much! You're absolutely correct about the importance of making lasting connections. If you have suggestions on how we might be able to help make that process easier please get in touch with the HR team or start a conversation in the company Yammer group - we'd love to know what you think!

Pros

Amazing people to work with and great life-work balance. Some of the best managers I have ever had

Cons

-The company isn't sure where it's going -They cannot keep up with the digital market (as many publishers) -If you are younger, you can be at the bottom of the totem poll for a LOOOOONG time, they really love their assistants, so it takes forever to get promoted. And most younger people leave to find better opportunities elsewhere instead of waiting.
