Work life balance/ culture

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is the flexibility—whether it's remote work options or understanding around personal commitments, leadership truly respects work-life balance. The culture is inclusive, kind, and collaborative, which makes it easy to feel connected even in a hybrid environment. Management is approachable and genuinely invested in employee growth. Cross-functional teamwork is encouraged, and there's a strong emphasis on DEI, which I appreciate.

Cons

If I had to mention a challenge, I'd say that some processes could be streamlined a bit more, especially as we scale. But overall, it's a great place to work with a team that cares.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Recognition for hard work and success. Great work-life balance. Work with wonderful people.

Cons

It's a big place and sometimes it can be difficult to find who to ask for help with a problem.
