Pros

Pay was ok but you need to come in at a high enough as raises are horrible. Coworkers were mostly ok if they were not Yes people who cared more about their careers then their teams or the health of the company.

Cons

These are not those of a bitter ex-employee. These were cons/observations while I was actively employed and discussed amongst teams. Poor executive hires on the business and tech followed by lack of action to address it. I won't use "leadership" as they were not leaders. Acquired many companies over 10 years and drove all of them into the ground. No growth plan and haven't for a decade. Their only "plan" is to cut costs to meet the next quarters forecast without concern for the long term health of the company. Outsource/offshore all experience and eliminate critical management roles that handle delivery and platform support.
