Great teammates and leadership with yearly merit raises.

Cons

Minimum room for advancement and you won't get promoted unless you know someone. Some positions are "already" allocated during interview.

Appreciated for everything I do, if I go out of my well to do it well, by my team leader and above at least. I have heard that other team leaders in different areas are less appreciative..

Cons

Personally I don't think there are any. But I am a believer in 'working your wage' - which does mean actually doing some damn work. If you do, it can be an good job to be in. Not one that you plan to stay forever, maybe, but a good job to tie you over unless you are able and willing to climb the rungs.
