Bonus Despite Downturn: Despite the company's current challenges, employees received bonuses due to the previous financial year’s profitability — a commendable gesture. Comprehensive Life Insurance: The company offers good life insurance coverage, contributing to employee well-being. Access to Advanced AI Tools: Employees have enterprise-level access to powerful AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor, enabling them to work more efficiently and stay current with emerging technologies. LinkedIn Learning Access: Availability of LinkedIn Learning is a great resource for continuous professional development.
