      Change can be too constant

      Pros

      Colleagues care about the work they are doing and those they work with. Good benefit programs

      Cons

      Reorganization so frequent it seems impossible to evaluate how effective the previous change was. Can be hard to navigate opportunities outside of your immediate team. Sometimes hard to find the right person amongst the siloed teams/departments.

      Was a great place to work

      Pros

      Formerly it was a part of another branch which had a great understanding of the local situation and it was very supportive.

      Cons

      Now, the US head quarter directly leads the Japan office. They have no understanding knowledge of the local market and are hiring people who do not have knowledge and skills to lead the Japan office.
