Pros

Work life balance is valued. Staff is not overworked nor exploited.

Cons

A lot of gossip and politicking going on in terms of office culture which makes the experience very unpleasant

Pros

No over time, quiet environment, new office. Not expected to be available after office hours. There are teams but your "client"-list is yours to manage alone.

Cons

The pay doesn't jump very much. Opportunities to expand your job scope is also limited. It may seem overly rigid for some but good for people who like structure.

Pros

Good work-life balance, rare chance of OT. People are genuine and friendly. Benefits and bonuses are decent.

Cons

Don't fall into the easy trap of entitlement (it's comfortable here but don't lose sight of the need to stay relevant). Pace is much slower, though transformation is underway.
