Pros

Great colleagues, working from home/different locations is easy to arrange, good pension plan, managers treat staff with respect, reasonable productivity expectations, proud to work for this publisher

Cons

Drawn out reorganisations have left many colleagues disengaged. It has been difficult to see colleagues leave after redundancies. Many colleagues feel undervalued due to lack of career progression.

Pros

- Great colleagues - Good company culture - Career development (depending on which department you are in) - Opportunities to learn a lot in the industry - Good stepping stone

Cons

- A lot of restructuring & downsizing happening until now which is affecting everyone's morale - Salary is not the highest even within the industry - Slow paced (as all big publishers are)
