Pros

- Above average salary for Customer Service positions - Good benefits

Cons

- Unrealistic email targets, without considering quality of emails - Company went through major restructuring and outsource many production and customer roles to Philippine. Might not be a good time to join during this transition when new staffs in outsource office are still learning, and many experienced staffs have left -Still using old system whereas all other companies are already using SAP
