Pros

JWS provides their employees with the flexibility they need to balance work and life. It all comes down to the kind of relationship you have with your manager, but overall, JWS is one of the most reputable publishers around.

Cons

One downside may be that they are based only on the East Coast and do not always provide advancements for those living in the midwest or west coasts unless they put time in the office in New Jersey.

Pros

The salary is above market in our city, people working at the office are one of the most fun that I have had the pleasure to work with. There is no pressure from management to work overtimes and so on, so the work/life balance is pretty good.

Cons

The career opportunities are unclear.
