Gives a unique opportunity to to get in tech as a developer (or similar role), without an actual degree. Training is paid.

Cons

At the beginning there were loads of waiting and uncertainty, which made me doubt if this is gonna work out or not. Salaries are not so competitive compared to industry averages.
