Except for a single case of a promotion, there are no real paths for promotions in this company due to its head count and direction. 4. Worst HR office I've met in my career. 5. It's supposed to be a Hi-Tech startup but it is very old fashioned and does not take any risks and only follows existing customer requests, it is definitely NOT a tech leader in the space. 6. As a software engineer - most work is very dull and not challenging, it just takes time and energy.

No charts, no compass, and rather than acknowledging the hole in the boat, leadership prefers to spin it as a ‘next-generation aerodynamic anti-float feature.' There's a rigid, top-down approach where decisions are treated as immutable, regardless of evidence or feedback. There's no clear strategic roadmap, only reactive course corrections defended as long-term vision. Everything is siloed and inflexible, with little tolerance for dissent or alternative perspectives. This creates an environment where delusion is reinforced rather than challenged. Yes men and brown-nose heroes will thrive here.
