Pros

Good products you can stand behind. Lots of opportunity to give your own opinions etc. Will is friendly and expresses his appreciation well.

Cons

Corporate is flat out rude at times, it was shocking. They have been doing this for 20 years but still don’t have basic structures or processes around most things. Tasks are accomplished at the whim of the person on top. Every employee is a white personal with an attitude.

The owner is a misogynist and his youngest son might look you up and down and make you uncomfortable. They make empty promises and they'll stab you in the back.
