Pros

Fair compensation for the work performed

Cons

District management micromanaged and bullied regional branch managers. This was a very hostile and sexist work environment.

Pros

Monday-Friday schedule with daytime hours. Not much more to add.

Cons

Management is clueless to needs of drivers. Scope of work is always changing. Is it hard work? Yes. However, they care less about giving you reasonable help. All you hear is “just get the job done!!! Implementation of cameras in trucks turns you into a robot behind the wheel. There is no aspect of growth. You are stuck in that position. You can be well qualified for a position and they will look you over for someone who has no clue what the job is. Pay increases are a joke. Beginning of the year is when they occur. It’s a cost of living increase!!! Stop lying to your employees!!!

Pros

WillScot offers a stable and consistent workload in collections, making it an easy job with plenty to do. However, the pay is low, the work can be monotonous, and recent management changes have introduced unnecessary micromanagement.

Cons

One of the biggest downsides of working at WillScot in collections is the lack of career growth and advancement opportunities. The role is repetitive, with little chance to develop new skills or move up within the company. Promotions are rare, and the work itself doesn’t translate well into higher-paying or more specialized positions. It’s a job that provides stability, but for those looking to build a long-term career or gain valuable experience, it quickly becomes a dead end.
