      From Great to Terrible

      Pros

      When i started this list would've been quite lengthy. Now there is pretty much nothing to put except for the fact we got our paychecks on time and were offered mediocre befits.

      Cons

      Where to begin. When I started almost 3 years ago I loved working for this company but by the time I left I hated it. The new management team they brought in towards the end of last year is so out of touch. They've implemented systems that crash regularly, changed up the pay scale for the worst, tried turning customer service reps into sales reps (horrible idea, sales takes a certain mentality), took away our monthly lunches and Christmas party and the list could go on and on. They make it difficult to switch departments, only offered me the position i wanted after I put in my 2 weeks. The stock of the company has dropped dramatically, only because of the stock markets recent record surge is the stock looking respectable right now. Moral is at an all time low on the call floor, you have agents that could careless about their job or the company(this number seems to grow with every new thing they implement), and you have had people leave in masses.

      Great job on making easy hard while wasting way millions

      Pros

      The bonus program is one of the best I have ever seen. Great Branch Managers and some very good ISR's who do not get the credit. But they do receive micro managing in its finest form. On the bright side thank God for Kelly as being the COO.

      Cons

      Too many RM's who really have no idea how to manager or lead. Worthless words spill out of thier mouths. There may be some leadership issues at the branch but that should be an easy fix if the RM's really cared and wouldn't be counter productive

      Don’t work here..it’s a lie

      Territory sales manager (tsm)

      Pros

      For a recent HS/College graduate, the Inside Sales Rep role has potential to make decent money. That’s IF they get a good territory. The TSM role is a complete joke, they turned them into a branch Inside Sales Representative, only with more responsibility. TSM’s have no control over their territory, any ISR/TSM can quote in your dirt. Now have to sell against competitors, you compete with your own sales team.

      Cons

      You have zero autonomy! You will spend more time checking boxes to make leadership look good than winning business and developing customer relationships. The sales teams are given unrealistic expectations. These sales goals are in direct conflict with branches capacity to produce the volume and/or fleet. Willscot will not invest in new fleet nor allocate funds to properly refurbish the unit. Customers aren’t happy with the end product and often have to make multiple service calls throughout their lease. Customers pay a premium for subpar units and service. You are their primary contact, you get the upset calls and you have little to no upper management support to make it right.
