      Good people to work with. The intent of a good culture is there the execution is different.

      Cons

      The intent of a good culture is there but the execution is lacking. Poor communication is the culprit and with no clear definition of terms. Constantly changing decisions and directions with no real clear definition of overall goal.

      Pros

      The people were great and I stay in touch with many old co-workers. Great experience in the Energy Efficiency field which many use as a springboard to better opportunities.

      Cons

      Management makes it very challenging to advance. They like people to do their jobs and overload them with work without proper support. People end up leaving very often.
