      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Relaxed social environment to work in. Good place for entry level job.

      Cons

      Training can be somewhat lacking. Amount of work can be overwhelming and stressful at times. But as long as you ask for help there will always be someone to assist.

      Great projects, great camaraderie and exciting industry. I feel like we are making a difference and having fun doing it.

      Cons

      Management, Management, Management. The company is on good financial footing but acts like it is still the depression. Motivate employees with trust and stop being cheap. Everything they do feels like it is centered around saving a buck.
