      Pros

      Really had a great experience when the economy was healthy. Engineering and development were the companies strength.

      Cons

      Since downturn, Brisbin has taken company to energy management, ignoring its base businesses. This company is in deep financial decay. How the stock is at $2.36 is beyond me.

      Pros

      If you are a butt kisser or a yes man, you will go far in the company. Preferential treatment, bonuses above average raises, frequent promotions.

      Cons

      Hard work and performance is irrelevant. Merit has no place in the firm. Management plays games, pits employees against each other if they acknowledge you at all. Very vindictive work environment if you aren't 100% loyal.
