      Pros

      The "worker bees" are talented...and don't stay long, unfortunately. Benefits are good; wages are good.

      Cons

      I cannot for the life of me figure out what this company actually does. I am sure that the core business of civil engineering provides solid and reputable service but the other divisions mostly posture, promise everything and deliver nothing. Structure of any kind is non-existent. If you haven't had a job before, this is not at all what it's like in the real world. If you have had a job before, for goodness sake, keep looking because your reputation will suffer if you are with Willdan long.
