      Great projects, great camaraderie and exciting industry. I feel like we are making a difference and having fun doing it.

      Cons

      Management, Management, Management. The company is on good financial footing but acts like it is still the depression. Motivate employees with trust and stop being cheap. Everything they do feels like it is centered around saving a buck.

      I have never worked for a company as bad as Wildan.

      Cons

      The job description is completely different than what you actually get to do. The job is mindless that I do not understand why they require a degree. Politics are everything here. Never dare to say anything that sounds like criticism and do not trust anyone. The work environment is so stressful because of employee gossip that you will want to run out as soon as the clock hits 5. According to my coworkers I was the fifth analyst is less than a year.

      Learned a lot and did a lot of design work rather than regular intern work such as delivering papers etc.

      Cons

      The last i heard the company has laid off a lot of people and my manager no longer works there.
