      Good, competitive salary, given a lot of autonomy to perform job. But insufficient amount of time to execute strategy. This company has potential,be but isn't living up to its potential

      Cons

      Poor senior management. A largely dysfunctional organization. Too much internal politics, jockeying for position and back stabbing. Company not good at defining its strategy.
