      Pros

      Aside from management, great people to work with. Most of the employees there are very helpful and get along pretty well with each other. Pay and benefits can be ok if you negotiate correctly.

      Cons

      Management does not pay much attention to the employees, which really seems to sink morale. They are also horrible communicators. Many people were hired last year and lost their jobs due to some major over confidence in sustaining contracts.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the work, atmosphere, and people at Willdan through 2008. I remain good friends with the people that I worked with from 2005 through 2008.

      Cons

      Then the economy dropped out from under all of us. The office was closed and all were terminated.
