      There are many smart individuals in the firms and experience overall are great. Great benefits as well.

      Cons

      Due to the size of the company, you have to go through many loops.

      Pros

      Good base salary, cool office building, you get $20 a week to spend on snacks and drinks in the office, free iced coffee in the mornings in the cafeteria

      Cons

      Work Life Balance obviously isn't the best, Management at the top can sometimes be unheard from in months, Can be a lack of bonding with coworkers due to amount of work, lack of transparency when it comes to bonuses at least at the junior level, sometimes everyone knows the work won't be used for anything but you still have to do it
