Be careful of bait-and-switch tactics from owner
Pros
- I honestly have none for the way this business runs and how they treat their employees
Cons
- Terrible work/life balance - Pay is low for the amount of work you're expected to do - Management does a terrible job of coordinating and training dispatchers so, as a driver, it makes your life extra difficult. Because dispatching has mishaps, you're then expected to stay late. Absolutely DO NOT recommend if you have a family. - When informed I was interested in returning to school to utilize the educational benefits they offer, they cut my hours before eventually taking me off the schedule. I tried calling/texting the woman who does scheduling and the owner directly but was never able to get a response about getting let go. TL;DR they flat out ghosted me. - Didn't receive the educational or health benefits I was promised at the start of my employment
