Current manager is driven, positive, and motivated to make the work environment and equipment a better place.

Cons

Morale is low, Micro-managing is high, turn-over will undoubtedly increase. Safety culture went from something we just did as proud professionals to something that is now being held over your head. Benefits are being stripped away
