Making Williams Great Again

Pros

The only thing that keeps me around is that it is one of the few places that embraces conservative people and views. The folks there are really trying to make it great again, just not sure if they can make it happen in light of the headwinds we all face.

Cons

Have been at Williams for a long time. The company struggles to find its path and reorganizes every few years, has regularly budget cuts (several times a year now), and one to two reductions in force a year. They continue to grow corporate to push out more and more bureaucracy to try to manage work they don't really understand.
