Business Outlook
Pros
One of the more stable companies in the Energy Sector, well positioned as we transition to a lower-carbon energy future. Supplying cleaner nat-gas energy to the eastern seaboard and providing market access to huge reserves in Utica, Marcellus shale plays is a solid business. Great pay for high performers.
Cons
Not completely immune to cost pressures across the industry. Periodic staffing reviews ensure dead wood has no quarter (not that it's a bad thing; don't plan to ride a gravy train here).
