Pros

People want you to succeed and the culture of sharing knowledge has been unlike any other company I have worked for. All of my bosses have encouraged me to further my career within Williams. Offers a good pension. Safety culture has progressed immensely.

Cons

There have been some changes both big (closing of a major office) and small throughout the past year that have made it difficult for some people. Corporate seems to sometimes like to change things "just cuz" without consulting with people it would have a direct effect on.

The baby boomers are slowly but steadily retiring and this is creating opportunities for the younger generations. Great company culture and fantastic benefits.

Cons

Williams has been experiencing some turbulence like most companies in the energy sector right now. Salaries are mid-range compared to peers.

Was a great place to work with great people. I had the opportunity to work with a great team. The Okc office cared for its employees and took care of them.

Cons

Williams has decided to close its Okc office. By doing this they are losing alot of talent, that they assumed would drop everything and move.
