      Pros

      Good team of people in group, good expertise in finance world, people willing to share and help you in your position, management tried to share as much information about company and group's goals and directions in a meaningful way

      Cons

      Benefits were middle of the road for a mid size company. For yearly job evaluations, one could request feedback from peers or anyone in the company which was then consolidated by one's manager. Career growth / direction was based on one's own plan and initiative.

      Acquired some great software application knowledge during my time here

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about employees. Everyone is expendable. The share holder is their only concern of which management is some of their largest shareholders. Company denied COLA to employees in 2016 to insure share holders got their dividends.
